This Saturday(4/13/2013) Lara's State Judge, the lawyer Jose Rafael Guillen, had a meeting with the MUD(Democratic Table of Unity) representatives and that same day he got fired, position which is now occupied by an evangelic lawyer who has connections with the former oficialist Governor Reyes. His son, Luis Jonas, President of the Legislative Council, runs the armed groups of the PSUV(United Party of Venezuelan Socialist) and is the coauthor, together with the General Octavio Chacon, regional chief of the Core4 and their compadres; the terrible General Rodriguez Figeroa, the one attributed with the cowardly attacks on the Barquisimeto population. Moreover Cuban mercenaries send orders from SEBIN (a FBI kind of force) and wiretap hundred of regional leader phones . At night they go to find residencies that protest(those hitting the pot) and tape them.

   The indignation is so intense that even religious sectors raised their voice in form of protest against those abuses and excesses.    Evangelical Pastors across the state announced a vigil that will be hold tomorrow at 9.00pm until 6.00am of the next day as a call for peace.

   The violent political turmoil causes more violence in the streets: the  daily average of homicides is 3 and weekends about 8 to 10 daily.

Porque como ningun estudio previo se ha hecho, lo que sostiente a los parientes de ayudarlos a tener un año escolar exitoso es el simple hecho de que todavia no han perdido la tercera parte de su ya bajo beneficios sociales. Es solo sentido comun.

    Campfield toma una verdad actual acerca del logro academico - investigaciones enseñan que uno de los grandes factores del exito del-a ninx es la cantidad de apoyo que se le da en la casa - y llega a la conclusion exactamente en la direccion opuesta.     La logica de Campfield es implacable. Uno de los grandes factores de la pobreza es el bajo  logro educativo, asi que si hacemos las cosas aun mas dificiles para aquellas familia donde lxs niñxs no estan superandose, tendran ahora la motivacion para hacerlos. Debemos detener este tipo de escusas de aquellos parientes que no esten halando el peso:

    El estado no puede continuar apoyando la generacion ciclica de la pobreza. Solo porque los parientes dejaron la escuela no es aceptable que lxs niñxs lo hagan tambien. Los parientes son responsable de que sus niñxs este listos para la escuela y tenga educacion. Si los parientes no estan conteniendo esa pierna como trabajo (y sus niñxs no tienen ningun tipo de discapacidad) entonces el estado comenzara a retenerles una porcion de los beneficios sociales a los parientes.

    Verdad? que lo unico que entienden estas personas es la punzada del latigo, verdad? si tu niñz no esta saliendo bien, entoces cortarles los beneficios hara que pase las clases de literatura, obtenga un GED, llene de libros la casa, y magicamente ayude a su hijz a salir mejor en clase.

    Campfield discute que su meta "no es castigar a nadie", y que asegura en uno de sus actualizaciones estupidas en su blog, que programas similares ya estan "trabajando maravillas en mas de 40 paises," adjuntado una historia del NY Times que cita que la ley no es para cortarles los beneficios a los estudiantes que raspan, sino que retendran lo que les toca como meta y asi ayudarlos a conseguir el logro academico a travez del estimulo economico que tanto ha ayudado a la gente a salir de la pobreza.

    No tan sorprendente, algunos liberales locos han salido de sus molduras, o sillones, para oponerse a esta solucion de sentido comun: La Senadora lider de los Democratas Jim Kyle dijo en el Nuevo Sentinel de Knoxville que se opone a la ley porque podria "estropear el camino a lzs niñxs en riesgo," preguntando "Como es que el Senador Campfield espera que lzs niñzs hagan su tarea cuando no hay comida en la mesa?" son pistas falsas! El Senador Campfield responde en su tonto blog, su propocision solo afectara TANF, no los cesta tiquets, asi que la familias pobres todavia tendan su vodka y jugo de naranja que tanto les gusta.

Outlines of the case:

   Between the 11 and the 26 of August of 2009, Rubén González, with 2000 workers of Ferromineria(mining company union) Orinoco, started a strike for the in-completion of the collective convention signed the 5th of January of 2009, and approved the 1st of January of the same year. A month later Ruben got detained and imputed for the supposed crimes of insisting crime, restriction of freedom to work, and breach of security zones. Ruben was under house arrest until the 21 of January of 2010, date in which he was finally sent to the jail police of the Caroni county, of Bolivar state.

       Therefore, the 28th of February of 2001 was convicted to 7 years and 6 months of jail, which generated the movement and rejection of different syndicates and human rights organization in the country, achieving the nullity of trial, but no the law of the cause, for whom Ruben Gonzales had been liable to present himself regular y before the Tribunals, waiting the new trial to start against him. the open trial was due to start last 20/02/13 at 9.30pm but this one was postponed for the next 10th of April of 2013, so the Tribunal 24 of the Penal Judicial circuit of the Judicial circumscription of the metropolitan area of Caracas, begins the process.

      Rubén González case is one of the most enigmatic reflection of the Venezuelan state politics to criminalize protest and threaten against syndicate freedom. Same as him, more than 1200 syndicalist leaders are finding themselves threaten and called into trial by the tribunes, for the mare fact of exercising the free right to protest, consecrated by the National Constitution.

    Rubén González trial, is an assignation of primary order for the syndicalist organizations and of human rights defense. syndicalist freedom and the right to a pacific protest, without risks of incrimination and persecution on the behalf of government institutions, are indispensable complements for our construction of a real participation and leading democracy for the effective materialization of this "social state of right and justice" that our Carta Magna expresses.

    The "Bread and Circus" expression comes from Latin(panem et circenses) which described the roman emperors politics of giving wheat and tickets to the roman circus games as a way of keeping the people entertained from its bad government problems. Moreover, the Maduro-Cabello duet don't give bread, but they do give digital television decoders pretending to keep the people distracted from the scarcity, inflation, insecurity, ect. This is not a new trick for the government, they already spend  500 million $ in a Chinese satellite that would have give the Venezuelans its quality of life. The government still thinks that by giving Chinese cellulars to low income families, they will forget not finding chicken, sugar, corn flour, oil, etc...

    The new toy to create temporal amnesia is the digital T.V. With great fuss and with the visit of Julio DeVido, whose Argentinian criminal record overflows of corruption complains from many year ago(enough to "Google" his name to see what this character brings), Venezuela opens the era of Digital T.V. Of course, only the smeared ones who come from the chavista's technological tables of telecomunication will have access to this immediate novelty, although theres a promese that the five initial channels will be broadcasted, between them Venevision, Televen and Meridiano TV according to the flamboyant Ministry of Science and Technology and Photoshop specialist.

    After confiscating the RCTV communications platform to open the road to a snake-sleeper as TVES is, this government achieved to have the mayor open telecommunications platform of the country, way more than Cisneros Venevision and any other open signal channel. But the problem is not the media, is the content of it. so much that the flamboyant Ministry of Photoshop are thinking in giving another circus but without any bread. Would, any of this, have  a  business contract? the first decoders will be given by our brothers from Brazil and maybe from the Argentinian of De Vido, who is used to these practices. What a big business! how much would the commission be? and how is this possible, for a government to spend a lot of money in a technology that comes from a narc, instead of helping the production of food and other urgent necessities!

    Maybe the problem where the Maduro-Cabello duet lies is that the Romans made all this circus to please the heart and stuff the belly in order to ease  the temper of a population. A lot, I am afraid, that in the release of these technology, with the sounds of drums and snares, the humble families received in their homes; with a new plasma-TV and its digital TV decoder, but this wasn't complete, the duet forgot the food, at least a small market of food for a month so they can enjoy the complete pack.

     Chavez did not care for anything local, although, as militaristic, did strengthen its centralist State and social control. He eliminated the local assemblies, postponed the council and mayor elections, had a chain of failures in the popular productive economy: Auto Organized Sustainable Rural Villages system(Saraos); vertical hen-house of Merentes; intense hydroponic farming brought by the Agrarian University of Havana; Zamoranos Founds; Nucleus of Endogenous Development(Nubes); Social Production of Enterprises designed by bureaucrats of the PDVSA office; Socialist Enterprises that dont pay their workers and in majority private; supposed congestion in that the government got its private employer the 51% of the state's enterprises actions; Social Property of Enterprises; and communal councils with the rebuff of economic cooperatives and its credits as well as its banks; and more than one commune rejected in the 2007 Referendum.

        This failure came accompanied by a bureaucratic framework without a clear politic: State Ministry for the development of the social economy for a delegate that didnt visit a cooperative(Nov. 2002); Returned Faces Mission, then Che Guevara, 2007; and four more ministries; Popular Economy(Minep), Endogenous Development(both Sept. 2004), Communal Economy(2007), and Social Protections and Comunes(2009). Result: Chavez had a cemetery of cooperatives, in the mayor world.

    Causes of the failure: 1.- Politicization to exhort the bolivarian circle to construct them; 2.- incomprehension of the cooperative corporate dimension; 3.- government with cooperatives with families and friends getting the contracts; 4.-Dead funding, with political goals and under the table commissions; 5.- Human potential underestimated, of the formation and training, thinking that with a bill everything was sufficient. Chavez had the audacity to accuse the capitalistic cooperatives, when the fake capitalistic, "mickey mouse" were his.

      These reasons linger. his heirs appear not to comprehend failures and continue to impose the patters from the top, excluding those who oppose the regime, manipulating the population with fear. the Ministry for the Communes confirms that "the north of the revolution are the communes" and that "cooperatives have to be confronted". we reply: a government that impose those models, not only ignores the strengths of the people to auto-organize but it also loses the "creative power of the people" emphasized by Nazoa. Ministry: you forget, same as Chavez, that the State is liable to impulse, encourage and protect the genuine popular organizations like the cooperatives; you forget that your government survives thanks to your savage capitalistic state, to your capitalistic communism(70% of that we eat is imported), and moreover to your militaristic and bureaucratic framework; in that context we understand your position but we do not share its views. Secretary: cooperativism is democracy in progress, contrary to what you and your regime does.

    To show the chavista experience as an inspiration of the left is simply an intellectual fraud. If one wants to debate about Venezuela, one better not confuse debate with half-trues and political slogans based on guided visits to the bolivarian circle of the "pomtakim commune". As an observant and an activist from more than 15 years, i am also active in the french leftist front. For these reasons i want to give my point of view.

    Profited by the richness of the most abundant oil production in its history, Venezuela began a political campaign in 2003 to reduce poverty, by merits but problematic in its methods as a substance. In the last 5 years, this way to do politics faced limited managerial professionalism with the persistent problems of insecurity, inflation, lack of houses and employment. In regards to the march to "socialism", there are ideological methods that simply dont match with the ideals, like the growth of the private sector in Chávez mandate.

    Moreover the confirmed dawn of the bolivarian "missions"- inyected with petrodollars every election season- instead of a serious social production articulated in a reformed state. leave all social managerial productions to be made by extra-institutionalized commando without any horizon and poorly defined, when, if not, are controlled by foreign countries in exchange of oil gifts.

    There's no need to be lead by the right-wing media to understand this kind of pseudo-politics who are  being feed by the twisted logic of the Venezuela petro-state and its hypocrital ideological scams. In a document of 2011, the communist party of Venezuela, allied with Chavez, showed that no only the "landlord model of capitalism is dependent and unproductive, which has dominated the country, is still active" but he also supports it. As well as not finding "any progress in the diversification of the economy", he has made Venezuela deeply dependent of it -technology and livestock in particular- the triumph of the imported parasitic bourgeoisie, the paid communist who promote the marginalized initiatives of cooperative types or "enterprises of social production" who are told to say that those social means of productions are"not that beneficial" to the country- an courteous euphemism in the view of the observable territorial disasters .

    Reported failures of the hyper-presidency and the lack of total "collective direction", describes the bolivarian state as "highly inefficient", it is observed as an "intensification of corruption" and it is sad that its social progress seems to be partial and fragile, which explains that "in some case we had move back, as in the managerial organization and coordination, as well as in the basic social service loans." conclusion: "the preaching of socialism by some gubernatorial actors is fatal in their actions, and the tension generated by the growing breach its at its maximum".

    With the diagnose, in the last years, a lot of political and social organizations, as well as thousands of progressive honest activists had left the bolivarian process. In the economic, there's an absurd incrementation of that parasitic model, dependent and corrupted that chavez didnt created but took it as its maximum level, a socialist propaganda generated in order to betray the people and stab them in the back by supporting total access to private properties and the de-nationalization of the 40 % of the country's oil wealth. international, everybody not knowing venezuelan politics knows that chavez lost all credibility made by his inconsistency and sterile production. the "anti imperialistic" rhetoric of the regime, with its excellent relations with the USA, reduces its effects as those who wanted a free country, or an unique currency but were the opposite and were killed by their people, like Gaddafi, or those dictators who provoke other countries, are obsessed with power and control and kill their own people like Assad, or dictators like Ahmadinejad or Lukashenko. Meanwhile, Chávez regime, now with Waduro, is dependent of Brazilian multinationals and lived under a idyll with what it was his "best friend" the Colombian president Juan Manuel Santos, a key allied of Washington.

    In this field of institutionalized practices, Chávez government without a doubt  isnt a dictatorship; but lets use an European comparison: in a gradient of manipulative authoritarianism that goes from Bertolusconi to Putin, he was similar in their methods and in their spirits to a regime like Viktor Orban of Hungria. Handcuffed  justice, criminalization of social movements and warfare from syndicalist, arbitrary imprisonment, laboral discrimination by ideological tendency, systematic confusion between state and party, disdain for the mechanism and warranties established by their own constitution, made in 1999, tolerance when it comes to corruption made by the party elites of the chavistas so called revolutionaries and new ubber Venezuelan ruling class. At last, so much for its millitant ethics, Chávez and its regime, now with Waduro, have a hypercaudillism characterized by their criminalistics tendencies and a double standard ideology.

    As its slight erosion of the 2007 electoral campaign, Chávez had a charismatic capital enough to win the elections, which now was in shambles due to the inefficiency of Waduros ignorance and arrogance. Venezuela has the right to choose their representatives without external ingerency, something that didnot happened with the Waduro campaign, who sang the Cuban national hymn, and was highly advised by them. But in conclusion, the bolivarian "model" is exactly the opposite of what a leftist would hope for.

Un legislador a cedido y aceptado anular su ley que une el progreso  academico con la  ayuda social de la familia luego de que una niña de 8 años lo avergonzara tras perseguirlo por todo el capitolio estatal.

En su via para votar el jueves, el senador del estado. Stacey Campfield fue enfentrado por una niña de 8 años, estudiante de casa, Aamira Fetuga, quien le presento una peticion firmada por la gente que se opone a su ley, de acuerdo con el de Tenesi. Cerca, un coro de mas de 60 activistas cantaban "Jesus ama a los niños." refiriendose a la religion practicada por el senador.

"Eres debil por no escuchar a una niña," le dijo una madre  a Campfiel cuando era seguido por la niña.

"Porque quieres quitarle los beneficios a la gente? la niña de 8 años, Fetuga, le preguntaba antes de encontrarlo en la escalera del Capitolio.

"Bueno, no lo haria si los parientes fueran a la escuela y a las conferencias, ahi, luego estarian exonerados", explicaba el senador del estado.

La confrontacion continuo durante lo que seria una larga e incomoda caminata en el piso del senado por Campfield.

Campfield decidio retirar la ley antes de la votacion el jueves despues de que varios otros que lo apoyaban comenzaran a expresar dudas.

"Se puede decir que el retener el dinero de los padres no daña al niño, pero en ese caso te estas engañando" afirmaba el senador lider de las masas mayoritarias Mark Norris(Republicano).

Segun la ley de Campfield, las familias pudieron haber perdido mas del 30 por ciento del programa de ayuda social que les da la Asistencia Temporal para Familias con Necesidad(TANF) si ela niñx no atiende regularmente y tiene "un progreso academico satisfactorio".

Por otro lado la protesta, Campfield acoto, "es lo que es".

"Siempre habran opositores".
