Andres Velasquez complains about the prohibition of public assembly in which Henrique Capriles was going to participate.

The member of the Simon Bolivar command, Andres Velasquez, explained this evening  that the city of Guayana wont authorize the realization of the workers assembly that was set for this Wednesday May 1, in which Henrique Capriles was going to attend.

Velasquez announced that the permit was already approved  and at the last moment the city, with functionaries of the national guard, nullified the approval and ordered the de-instillation of the platform and the no realization of the event.

"This situation was truly inexplicable (...) definitively this is an attempt on freedom and the right to public assemble established in the constitution", Velasquez claimed .
